Pumpkin patch

We took Izzy to pick out a pumpkin for daddy to carve. It was pretty chilly so we put her in her think coat and she was nice and toasty! They had a nice little photo op set up and then several batches of pumpkins. We didn't stay long but I think Izzy liked it :)

Zachary's birthday party

We went to Zachary's birthday party. It is crazy to think that he is a year old!! Izzy will be there soon which seems even more crazy!! She has been having alot of fun this week. Her two front bottom teeth are coming in and she is biting everything she can get into her mouth- except of course toys that were made for teething! She is crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. She is doing a little cruising and is working on getting down from standing. She is eating more table food and will try about anything I give her. She especially likes green beans and cheese. We had tons of fun at Zachary's party- especially with the parachute :) Hope you enjoy the pics!

What's new....

So Izzy got a little red wagon & she is loving it. We TRY to go on a ride at least once a day and she has alot of fun! I gave her Aduki beans this week- whole not mashed up and she really liked them. BUT I also gave her cheese for the first time that day and that made for a not so nice night for Tim :( She has been getting up in the night most nights recently and I kept hoping for a tooth to explain it and low and behold I felt one on sunday!! It is by no means all the way in... just starting to peek through. It is alot easier to help her out when I know what is bothering her! On sunday we went to Carter's and got her some new clothes.... she was really needing some long sleeved stuff now that the weather is getting colder. So watch for new cute outfits in posts to come :) We went to a really fun playdate lunch today.... but I forgot the camera... OOPS! Maybe next time :)

Better late than never!

So I checked out my friends Katie's blog about her son Nathan and I was SO jealous! Why haven't I been doing this with Izzy? I have so many pics of her that nobody ever sees and she does so much fun new stuff everyday I wanna tell the world. So here it is.... better late than never! I have no idea how much I will use this or if anyone else cares but I think it will be cool to look back at in the years to come and when there is a new little one I can add them too! We got a brand new carmera... a Nikon D 40! I am very excited! We have already taken so many pics which I will add as soon as I figure out how to work this blog thing :) I am going to a class on the camera tonight which is good because I have no time to sit and watch the DVD it came with- much less read the insturction manual... why you ask??? Because Izzy is now officially mobile. No more sitting on the floor in the same spot while I eat, pee or check email. No... that has passed. Now I am chasing her around the living room! And again I will post some crawling pics as soon as I figure out how to do it! Well I am happy.... my first ever blog post! There will be more to come :)
