Florida Trip Day 2- Meeting our birth mom

We spent the first part of Friday at Downtown Disney again.  The girls rode the train and we took pictures with more of the statues

This is what Piper did with every stuffed animal she saw- picked it up, hugged it and then put it back on the shelf!

One of the few whole family shots!  I couldn’t figure out why Izzy wanted to put her hand on my shoulder…. until I looked at the picture… she’s copying Pooh.

A little before 11am we headed towards the town where our birth mom lives.  We were SOOOOO excited!  We stopped to get our care package ready to give to her.  I wrote out some Bible verses with her name in them, we folded them up and put them in a thermos.  We put a few other things in a backpack for her and her son. 

We met her at a park with her social worker.  We played around for a little bit then headed to a restaurant for lunch.  I had the pleasure of snuggling her little man!  He is so cute!!

Silly pose!! After lunch we went to an arcade type place and spent some time playing games and having fun.  It was so nice to be able to hang out with her and get to know her a little more.  We are so thankful for her and for this opportunity to meet her!!
